The Preferred Plans
Three tiers of managed IT and cybersecurity: Essentials, Professional, and Complete, delivered and supported by our team under your relationship with the client.
Preferred Essentials, Professional, and Complete are a ladder, not a menu: each tier includes everything in the tier below it, plus more. Most clients start at Essentials or Professional and grow into Complete as their environment and compliance needs scale.
The ladder
Every tier includes the full security baseline below. There is no stripped-down option: a client who wants to pay less takes a lower tier, never a hollowed-out one.
In every tier, no exceptions
The security baseline is table stakes, not an upsell
- 24/7 threat detection & responseReal people watch around the clock, investigate anything suspicious, and contain it.
- Multi-factor authenticationA second check at every sign-in, so a stolen password alone does not get anyone in.
- Patching & updatesEvery computer kept current with security updates and watched for problems.
- Email threat protectionSuspicious email is screened before it reaches anyone's inbox.
- Security awareness trainingShort training so staff can spot a scam email or a fake request before acting on it.
- Restore-tested backupBackups that are test-restored, so recovery is proven rather than assumed.
Plus Microsoft 365 in every plan
For security and fire companies: the same plan in alarm-industry terms
- 24/7 threat detection & response
- Verified alarm plus guard response, real people investigate and contain.
- Multi-factor authentication
- A second lock on every door, not just the one at the front desk.
- Patching & updates
- Central-station monitoring, every device is a watched zone.
- Email threat protection
- Front-desk visitor screening before anyone gets in.
- Security awareness training
- Training staff not to hold the door for a tailgater.
- Restore-tested backup
- The redundant panel that takes over instantly, tested, not assumed.
Beyond the people
Who covers the firewall? We do.
The plan rate covers people. The equipment below is counted during discovery and covered at the client's tier on the same agreement, so an equipment-heavy business is priced correctly without a separate network plan, and nothing on the network goes unwatched.
Counted and covered at the client's tier
- Servers
- Firewalls
- Switches
- Wireless access points
- Storage (NAS)
Hardware purchases and project work are quoted separately, always itemized, never folded into the plan rate.
Jump to a tier
Open a tier to see what is inside
Each tier expands into what is included, in plain language, with an illustrated view of the system. Security and fire companies can open the alarm-industry version inside each tier.
Microsoft 365 for every user, endpoints patched and watched 24/7, and backups that are actually restore-tested, not just scheduled. The floor every client gets, never a stripped-down option.

The economics
You introduce the client. We sell and deliver. You get paid.
Your client pays us, we deliver and carry the risk, and your revenue share is computed on every invoice the client pays for the first 12 months after you introduce them, then paid out automatically.
How you get paid
Recurring, not one-time
Your share is computed on every invoice the client pays for the first 12 months after you introduce them, and pays out automatically. You watch it accrue in your partner dashboard in real time.
We carry the billing and the risk of delivery
We carry billing, refunds, sales tax, and service liability as the merchant of record, so you are not underwriting the service you recommend.
Nothing to buy or stock
Joining is free and delivery is remote-first, with no inventory for you to carry. When a client needs onsite help, our team handles it under their plan within our North Carolina service area.
Ready to put these in front of your clients?
